Demolition South West (DSW) has recently completed the demolition of a house in the quaint village of Mousehole, Cornwall. Known for its narrow lanes and tightly packed buildings, Mousehole presents unique challenges for demolition work. With little room to manoeuvre heavy machinery and strict considerations for neighbouring properties, this project requires precision, expertise, and meticulous planning to ensure the safety of the surrounding area.

Fortunately, DSW has been a trusted name in Cornwall’s demolition industry for many years. Our team is well-versed in managing projects in confined spaces, adapting techniques to suit the environment without compromising on efficiency or safety. By combining local knowledge with advanced equipment and skilled operatives, we are able to overcome the constraints of Mousehole’s compact setting and complete the job to the highest standards.

What have we done so far?…

  1. Soft Strip

DSW are currently soft-stripping the property to remove recoverable/recyclable materials before the mechanical demolition can begin.

  1. Demolition Complete

The skilled DSW team have now finished demolishing the property and are currently removing the rubble ready to make way for a new dwelling.
