The former Kallacliff Hotel is being demolished to make way for the building of luxury apartments.

Set on a cliff-top with panoramic sea views of Newquay Bay, this prime site is now being cleared by Demolition South West in order to pave the way for reconstruction works.

  1. Soft Strip

DSW carried-out soft stripping of the premises.

  1. Mechanical Demolition

Works have now begun on the mechanical demolition of the building. This includes the use of heavy machinery which will carefully demolish the building.

  1. Removal of Waste Rubble

The mechanical demolition of the former hotel in Newquay is very nearly completed, marking a significant milestone in the project. Our skilled operators are now hard at work clearing the site, using excavators to load rubble and debris into skips. All waste is being transported to DSW’s dedicated waste facility in St Dennis, where it will be meticulously sorted and processed, ensuring maximum recycling and responsible disposal.
