Demolition South West is proud to be the demolition contractor for the transformation of the John Keay House, the former headquarters of English China Clay, at the Cornwall College campus on Tregonissey Road, St Austell. This project is a key part of the college’s redevelopment plans, paving the way for the construction of two state-of-the-art specialist educational buildings.

What have we done so far?…

1. Demolition

DSW’s role involves the careful demolition of several existing college buildings, including the iconic John Keay House. As with all our projects, safety, precision, and environmental responsibility are at the forefront of our approach.

The redevelopment will include new parking facilities, enhanced landscaping, and upgraded infrastructure, designed to integrate seamlessly with the new educational buildings. These additions will revitalise the campus, offering modern, purpose-built spaces to support the college’s mission of delivering high-quality education.
